| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The establishment of Cultural Learning Source was the creation of education system for young generation or local people to know about themselves and others as well. The purpose of research was to study the background of Cultural Learning Source establishment, its current status and related issues within the schools located in Isan region of Thailand under the Office of Basic Education Commission. The study was a qualitative research and the process of data collection included survey, evaluation, observation, interview and focus group discussion. The research instruments were the designs of survey, evaluation, observation, interview and focus group and the finding of research was presented by the method of analytical description. The result of study was found as follows. 1. On the background study of Cultural Learning Source within schools, it found that it was established in order to be as a learning source for students which this project was based on the idea that learning could be done in anytime and at anywhere both inside and outside the classroom. The task of arranging this kind of learning was under the responsibilities of subjects of Thai, Art, Social Study, and Region & Culture to insert into the curriculum and take action. 2. On the current status study of Cultural Learning Source within schools, it found that the Cultural Learning Source had been administrated by appointed school personnel. Their effort and responsibilities included gathering the information about folk philosopher and material items to be exhibited at the learning source. The media design for exhibition and public relations was very diverse and there were also different researches on the local community available for students to access. On studying the issues of arranging the Cultural Learning Source in schools, it discovered that the assigned personnel originally faced the work overload so it was not possible to have the effective management for the learning source as well as it was no skill training available for them on how to manage the source properly. Also, the frequent transfer of school administrators could also affect to the result of the management and the budget was so limited for seeking the new media to be used in the exhibition especially something necessary for the technology media. Budget was the main factor influencing to the exhibition and public relations and the research on the history of local community had no effectiveness resulting from the personnel who oversaw the research had no knowledge of research methodology and data collection techniques. 3. On the studying of the standardization for the Cultural Learning Source, it was found that there were 7 standards and 47 indicators. The |
