| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | In the railway field the phenomena of adhesion is very important since it has influence both on vehicle dynamics and on the wear and damage process of the profiles. Tangential forces which arise in the wheel rail-contact are difficult to be estimated because of the dependence on a number of factors: kinematical, geometrical, concerning materials and environment condition. A lot of numerical methods have been developed to estimate the adhesion forces, but in order to obtain accurate estimations an experimental activity is required and this it is not easy to perform on real vehicles especially for variability of the track conditions. For this reason in this work it is proposed to use a roller-rig to perform laboratory tests useful to provide an experimental characterization for the adhesion law. The work focus on the control system of the roller-rig and of the vehicle which must be able to perform test in condition of constant creepage. Nel settore ferroviario il fenomeno dell’adesione riveste una grande importanza poiché influisce sia sulla dinamica dei veicoli che sulle problematiche di usura e danneggiamento dei profili. Le forze tangenziali che si generano al contatto ruota-rotaia sono di complessa determinazione e richiedono la valutazione di innumerevoli fattori: cinematici, geometrici, materiali, condizioni ambientali. Sono stati sviluppati innumerevoli modelli numerici per determinare le forze di adesione, ma per avere stime accurate si richiede una valutazione sperimentale che non è sempre agevole sui veicoli reali, specialmente per la variabilità delle condizioni della linea. Per questa ragione si propone in questo lavoro di impiegare un roller-rig per condurre prove di laboratorio capaci di fornire una adeguata caratterizzazione delle leggi di adesione. L’attività descritta nel lavoro si concentra sul sistema di controllo del banco e del veicolo per poter condurre prove in condizioni di scorrimento costante. |
