| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This paper considers the ways in which the external cohort of Central Queensland University’s (CQU’s) STEPS preparatory program act as agents of change. Through the online discussion forum with appropriate lecturer support, the students practise self-reflection and generate a space to challenge the institutional rigidity of the university. |
