| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Turbulence characterises the context of many businesses, but human resource management has a major role to play in helping to steer organisations successfully through these times. A survey of HRM professionals undertaken in South Africa in 2002 and New Zealand in 2000 highlighted six key activities that human resource management should undertake for the present and the future. These factors - strategic planning, employee participation, communication between managers and employees, equal employment opportunity, employment relationships, and remuneration – all require the active cooperation of managers and employees. The researchers propose a model of human resource activities for use by managers to steer them through the critical times of change in their organisations. |
