The purpose of this study is to prepareimprovement guidelines for physical environmental inindustrial zone along both Suksawas road andPoochaosamingprai road which effect the people in thoseareas. This thesis will concern about environmentalproblems including water pollution, air pollution,noise pollution and garbage disposal which will be usedto select the suitable method and strategy to improvethe condition of those areas. The study indicates that the area along Suksawasroad and Poochaosamingprai road is considered to be agood location for industries because it is not onlyclose to Bangkok, the commercial center of the country,but also close to Chaopraya river which offers theability of convenient transportation for theindustries. Most industries along Suksawas road aregarment industries while the industries alongPoochaosamingprai are steel industries. In 1996, therewas a limitation for the expansion of those areasbecause of the higher price of land, some other spacesavailable far from the road are more comfortable thanever, all utilities supply are available and limitationin land using by the government. Therefore, we canforecast the trend of expansion that small industrywill distribute all over the residential area andagricultural area but large industry will move intoindustrial area. The expansion of these smallindustries into residential area affect both toenvironment and residence in Bangphung, Bangkru,Bangchak and Sumrongtai in moderate level and inSumrong, Middle Sumrong, Bangyaprag, Banghuasua insmall level and also have some other effects such asland utilization problem and utilities supply problem. Thus, it is nescessary to manage theseenvironmental problems according to the degree of theproblem in each area by considering the specialcharacteristic of the industries, trend of expansion inthe future and the potential of each area. The resultsof improvement not only enhance the quality of life butalso prepare itself for future expansion.
