| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Images are important in today’s society. They are a data type that can convey a wealth of information and emotion, in a more informative way than a block of writing. This why we are told as we grow up to use diagrams and graphs rather than fill the page with text. This paper looks the current ways data, specifically historic, is being used and shared to convey information. It uses historic images from James Grants Old and New Edinburgh and maps, historic and modern to show different ways of linking the data spatially and exploring the way the image can be linked to maps and how the data can be used. |
