| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Within the higher education sector, various organisations and individuals have experimented with the provision of free or low-cost online textbooks in an attempt to contain rising costs. This article discusses the evolution of one such textbook over its fifteen-year history. It examines factors that influenced the development of the textbook, identifies the benefits for students and teachers, and questions the viability of this model for other academics and institutions. |
