| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | In this paper, the author discusses his experiences applying the grounded theory method to a research problem in the field of human-computer interaction. The focus of the paper is not on the results of the study, but on contentious aspects of the research method such as the differences between Glaserian and Straussian approaches to grounded theory, the use of the literature, the consequences of recording interviews with informants, and the use of qualitative analysis software. The techniques and issues that are discussed in this paper may be of assistance to other researchers who wish to develop grounded theory. |
