| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | "The T cell signalling cascade is an important biochemical event in the adaptive immune system. In this study, various molecules involved in the T cell biology of marsupials were characterized. Investigation of possible differences in the molecular sequence of these genes was undertaken to explain why marsupials appear to respond differently to other mammals in their reaction to challenge by pathogens. Prior to this study it has been generally accepted that the adaptive immune system in marsupials may not function in the same manner as in other mammals"--Abstract. |
