| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This paper attempts to build an integrated conceptualisation of organisational culture and strategy for the better understanding of the strains facing organisations undergoing rapid growth. It attempts to interpret the complex, dynamic and often chaotic phenomena by using ideas from complexity theory, life-cycle approaches and paradox as analytical approaches. It is anticipated that the new conceptualisation will provide a more realistic investigation as well as provide better tools and techniques for the comprehension of how organisations undergoing rapid change effectively transit from one growth crises to another. Finally, we propose how those models might be applied in an empirical project to develop an integrative framework of the interrelationship between culture and strategy. |
