| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The effect of varied sucrose concentrations (from 88-351 mM) on the production of glucosinolates by Brassica oleracea L. cv. group Chinese Kale cell suspension cultures was examined. 3-Indoleacetonitrile, a degradation product of glucobrassicin, was analyzed by Gas Chromatography (GC) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS). The highest level of 3-indoleacetonitrile, on both fresh and dry weights, was found in the cell cultured in the medium supplemented with 263 mM sucrose concentration.. The results indicated that 263 mM of sucrose added was optimum for the production of glucobrassicin and cell growth by 4-week Brassica oleraceaL. cv. group Chinese Kale cell suspension cultures. |
