| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This thesis discusses the importance of incorporating demand-side participation for consumers in a restructured electric power industry, as well as for the establishment of a full electricity market where the demand side is allowed to bid for load reduction in the energy market and to compete with generators in the reserve market. |
