The purpose of this research was to develop a knowledge sharing model through communication with weblogs to promote creativity in the production of educational media for undergraduate students at the faculty of education in public universities. The research and development (R&D) process is divided into three phases: Phase 1 studying, analyzing synthesizing related principles and concepts as the basis for the development, interviewing experts concerning components and steps of knowledge sharing process and developing a prototype. Phase 2 studying the effects of the process of model and; Phase 3 Presents a model. Instruments used in this research consist of an interview schedule for the experts opinions, the application program for a knowledge sharing on weblog communication, a test tomeasure creativity, a production of educational media form, a questionnaire, an activity participation forms and an activities to improve creativity skills. The developed model was experimented with undergraduate students in the Department of Educational Technology, the Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University in the first semester of 2011 academic year. The research findings indicated that: 1. The components of knowledge sharing process through Communication with Weblogs composed of five components: 1) Creative Person 2) Creative Knowledge 3) Creative Technology 4) Creative Process and 5) Creative Product. 2. The steps of knowledge sharing process through communication with weblogs to promote creativity in the production of educational media composed of seven steps: 1) Preparation 2) Problem - Finding 3) Solution - Finding 4) Incubation 5) Production 6) Verification and 7) Presentation 3. The samples have a higher creativity score after participating in creative process significant at the .05 level. 4. The quality of educational media products has been assessed at a moderate level.
