| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | A total of 386 fish representing 9 species were collected from two rocky shores of Goa viz. Vainguinim and Anjuna beaches. Family Blenniidae constituted 80% of fishes which included three species of the Genus Istiblennies namely I. dussumieri, I. omobranchus and I. banditus, followed by three species of Gobiidae (12%) viz., Pseudogobius sp., Istigobius sp. and I. ornatus. Pomacentridae forming 5.24% was represented by a single species, Abudefduf sordidus. Mugilidae (Mugil cephalus) and Terapontidae (Terapon jarbua) were the other families that formed 0.52% and 0.26% of the catch respectively. Istiblennius dussumieri was the most abundant species found from both the sites. |
