The participants were the 58 Libral Art Professinal, but get 17 back The results of the study were as followed: The Liberal Arts personels’ satisfaction with education auality assurance average is low level. The cause is lace of knowledge and understanding about the quality assurance in education. Some personal do not care about the quality of education certification of IQA. (Internal Quality Assurance) and EQA. (Extenat Quality Assuranc) . Failure to recognize the importance or benefits of education auality assurance . The workload and feeling for the education auality assurance to increase the workload. No incentive to store data for the quality assurance in education.
