| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | A proper method of analysing estrogen, using HPLC, from synthetic waste water has been determined.A series of parameters combination including wavelength, solvent ratio, flow rate, and temperature has been tested and the best condition for the detection of estrogen in HPLC Infinity 1260 identified. Suitable adsorbent has been identified and prepared from agricultural waste (palm kernel shell). Kinetics, Isoterm, Thermodynamics and Optimization studies for the powder form as well as the granular form adsorbent were completed. |
