hiring, orientation, job security, training, compensation, performance appraisals, and career advancement) on service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors and; second, to examine the in~lirect effects of HRM practices (selective hiring, orientation, job security, training, compensation, performance appraisals, and career advancement) on service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors through the mediating effect of organizational commitment.
