| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | A novel oxalate synthetic route has been developed for the preparation of iron niobate (FeNbO4) powders. Chlorides of iron and niobium were used as the starting precursors. Diethyl oxalate was employed as a precipitating agent to yield iron niobyl oxalate. The formation mechanism of FeNbO4 was clarified using thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and a high-temperature powder X-ray diffraction (HT-XRD) methods. Well-crystallized single-phase FeNbO4 powder was found to be formed over 700°C. The powders obtained exhibit an orthorhombic phase and a homogeneous chemical composition with small grain sizes was obtained. |
