| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Near single-phase bismuth sodium titanate (BNT) powders were synthesized by novel nitrate and hydrothermal routes. According to the former, BNT powders were synthesized from metal nitrate solutions. After adjusting the pH, the solution was freezedried to forma bismuth sodium titanium peroxo complex. Subsequent decomposition to crystalline BNT was achieved by heating the complex at 500...800 °C for 2 h. In the hydrothermal route, a mixture of bismuth nitrate, sodium nitrate and titanyl nitrate was treated in a PTFE-lined autoclave with a volume of 500 ml and a degree of filling of 25 % at 200°C for 24 h, yielding near single-phase BNT powders without a subsequently required calcination step. The formation mechanisms and the morphology of the powders produced by the two routes were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). |
