| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to support learning and teaching is becoming ubiquitous within open and distance learning. This paper examines the successful implementation and adaptation of an online assignment submission system over a period of twelve years. It draws on this experience and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to identify the factors, which contributed to the system's success. It shows that the TAM categories of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use offer a good explanation for the success. It also argues that the emergent development methodology used helps create these perceptions. |
