บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย	:	Abstract This article is aim to put international environmental and international human rights perspectives on corporate social responsibility. When thinking about corporate systems, it is logical to ask whether the shareholder versus stakeholder models of the corporation might have an impact on society. Avoiding environmental regulations may not actually be a typical decision. Because some kinds of production likely to have serious environmental impacts. Presumably many companies are aware of this, and thus the synchronicity between doing good and doing well promotes compliance with stricter environmental regulation than would be required in the international context.
