| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The goal of the present study is to conduct a comprehensive examination of realibility and validity of reduced Malay language 17 -item version of workplace spirituality scales compare with the original scales developed by Ashmos and Duncon (2000) in Malaysian school setting. Therefore a translated version of established content and concurrent validity 17-item scale was used. Confirmatory factor analysis in two large Malaysian secondary school teachers sample (N=450 and N= 520) was conducted to examine convergent and discriminant validity of the original 20-item and 17-item (reduced) version of the workplace spirituality scales recently developed by Ashmos and Duncon (2000). |
