Chairun Nisa as the chief of commission, Rosmayati and Delvian as members. The objective experiment was to study how the influences of FMA and water supplies levels on the peanut growth and production. Implemented on Jl. Bunga Rampai 1 Simalingkar B, Medan Johor, Sumatera Utara, from April-June 2007. Using block randomized design, FMA as the first factors consist of three (0,5g and 10g). The second factor water supplies levels consist of four (100%, 80%, 60% and 40%) water capacity. The Parameters were observed are The leaf area (cm2), The Length of root (cm), Root’s Volume (cc),toop /root ratio (%), Net Assimilation rate (g.m-1.h-1), Relative crop growth rate (g.tan-1.m-1), The total of fill polong (polong), Production (g), Harvest Index (%), The Grade of mycorrhizal infection (%), Absorbtion of P materials on plantation. The Result of Reseach relevated that the supplies of FMA can improve the growth and productions of peanut, which supplies of micorryza 10 grams give the highest result. The supplies water influence the growth and production of peanut. Condition with 60% water capacity improve the growth and productions of peanut. Interaction between two factors, micorryza and water supplies improve the growth and productions of peanut. The combination of micorryza 10 grams in 60% water capacity give the highest result if compared with another treatment.
