The purpose of this research was to. (1) study The level of variable factors and behaviors of Total Quality Management (TQM) of Lab School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area (2) study The variable factors were associated with behaviors of Total Quality Management (TQM) of Lab School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area (3) study The predictions of the relationship of the factors affecting towards behaviors of Total Quality Management (TQM) of Lab School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area The sampling were 160 staffs of Lab School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area in academic year 2009 by Purposive Sampling.The instruments used was 5 rating scales a questionnaire.The statistical tools were Mean, Percentage, Standard Deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis used to analyze the data. The results of the study revealed the following: 1. The level of variable factors and behaviors of Total Quality Management (TQM) of Lab School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area was a high level. 2. The variable factors were associated with behaviors of Total Quality Management (TQM) of Lab School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area are statistically significant at the 0.01 3. The predictions of the relationship of the factors affecting towards behaviors of Total Quality Management (TQM) of Lab School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area at 79.40 percentage and the predicted by the equation in the form of raw score as follows: Ý = 0.228 + 0.217 X ₁ + 0.284 X ₂ + 0.125 X ₃ + 0.083 X ₄ + 0.145 X5 and the predicted by the equation in the form of standard score as follows: Ż _y = 0.179 Z ₁ + 0.245 Z ₂ + 0.112 Z ₃ + 0.108Z Z ₄ + 0.136 Z ₅.
