This research is intended to guide the development of schools, village health volunteers to the village health volunteers, Knowledgeable about health care, Awareness of health care. We work with health care and yet they are issues about the health of people in the community. This is useful in applications and improve public health in the community better. The sample include a group of village health volunteers Khao Wong District, Kalasin Province of 71 people. The group was divided into 35 groups and 36 people without a specific (Purposive Sampling) tool used to guide research on schools, village health volunteers developed ; a measure of knowledge, measure awareness and measure performance. The statistics used in the analysis of statistical data on percentage basis (Percentage) Mean (Arithmetic Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation) statistics used in hypothesis testing, comparison of knowledge, awareness and action of village health volunteers. In the experimental group and control group using analysis of variance One - way MANOVA statistical significance at the 0.05 level. The results were as follows : (1) Knowledge about health and environmental communities by all sides intermediate knowledge of 53.60 percent. (2) To promote health awareness and community as a whole are aware of at least 2.38 standard deviation, 0.28 average. (3) Working to promote community health and the environment, the performance of negative, overall average standard deviation of 0.28 and 1.03. (4). School Development of the village health volunteers to promote community health and the environment. The findings of the experts found manuals that are appropriate to all levels by as much as possible. (5) The study and comparison of experimental and control groups showed that the experimental group and control group volunteers, public awareness, knowledge and practices concerning health and environmental communities.
