Being love-of-learning person for students is an educational guideline and policy, ability, motivation for love of learning, learning attitude, learning opportunity, and learning environment of students. Learners are responsible for learning by themselves. Learning origination, learning accumulation obtained from systematic learning experience for creating positive works and can adjust behavior be lead to being love-of-learning person. The purpose of this research were to 1.The Examine factors and indicators of being loveof- learning person for Students. 2. Develop a model of Developing being love - of - Learning Person for Students and 3. Examine outcomes of implementing the model of being love - of - Learning Person for Students The results of the study were as follow: 1. The factors and Indicators of being -of-learning person for Students: learning ability there were 6 indicators, Learning motivation there were 7 indicators Learning attitude there were 4 indicators Learning opportunity there were 5 indicators and learning Environment there were 4 indicators 2. The model of being love-of-learning person for vocational students. learning ability explained using with 6 activities which 5 generated outcomes, 2 guide line for developing to generate. 6 Indicating behaviors consisted of ability in Learning motivation explained with 5 activities which 6 generated outcomes, 6 guideline for developing and 7 Indicating behaviors, Learning attitude explained with 4 activities which generated - outcomes and 3 guideline for developing. and 4 indicating behaviors. Learning opportunity explained with 2 activities which 5 generated outcomes, 6 guideline for developing to generate' and 5 indicating behaviors. Learning Environment Explained with 6 activities. 3 generated outcomes, 4 guideline developing to generate- and 4 indicating behaviors. 3. For the result of using the Model of being Love - of learning person for vocational students at Khonsarn Technological. The study was conducted from a focus group consisting of all classroom of 43 students. The following were found in the being love - of - Learning person which experts Consisted to be at highest level 13 Items and 5 indicating behaviors included: The student liked asking questions, The student liked studding knowledge from different sources and showed learning motivation, The student had goal in life, The student enjoyed learning new things and The student had school internal learning climate. In conclusion, the model of being love-of-learning person for students needs to rely on working which connected to all learning activities and there must be good cooperation from all activities in the aspects of learning motivation, learning attitude, learning opportunity and learning environment. In all aspects of operation. it is necessary to have administrators who cooperate in all section, team work and cooperate with each other in continuity, therefore the work will really achieve the goals. © EuroJournals Publishing, Inc. 2012.
