Factors influencing the patient’s relatives to stay over night in Khon Kaen hospitalThe study was determined the factors that influence the patients' relatives to stay over night in khon ken hospital. The data was collected for 5 months by key informations from patient's relatives, patients and health personels by qualitative method, Naturalistic Inquiry and Focus Group Discussion. The data were analyzed by content and inductive analysis. The results showed 4 factors1) The factor of Social and Cultural community that composted of the relationship of relatives, the social norm and normality and the individual characteristic of relatives. 2) The factor of Patient that composed of the symptoms and dependency and the individual characteristic of patient.3) The fator of Health personels that composed of their behavior to cell for relatives to help and let them stay over night. 4) The factor of Hospital Service System that composted of the general service system to support the physical more than the mental of the patient of the patient, the visiting time system and the convenience system to stay.
