| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Emotional intelligence is the name given to the ability to identify and manage emotions. It has often been linked to emotion regulation and stress. A sample of 213 participants filled out an online questionnaire about emotional intelligence, emotion regulation, personality and stress. Stress was found to be negatively associated with EI, while EI was positively related to ER and all personality factors. There was also a significant gender difference. However, the use of self reports and a strange correlation between stress and ER show there could be some limitations to the study. |
