| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This analysis outlines the relative production costs of alternative electricity generation in developed and developing countries. Coal, gas, nuclear, hydro, and wind remain competitive over the long term for OECD countries with the inclusion of a price on carbon dioxide emissions. Non-OECD countries will continue to develop fossil fuel generation technologies in the absence of an emissions price. |
