| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This article examines the modernisation of South Australia’s workplace health and safety legislation. In doing so it locates the 2012 changes within the broader context of a major regulatory shift towards the ‘national harmonisation’ of Australian health and safety laws. Particular attention is focused on two of the more controversial aspects of the modernisation agenda, the Person Controlling a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) concept and the right of union entry. |
