| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | "Stevia, a zero calorie natural sweetener, is a new crop for Australia. It was approved in 2008 for use as a food ingredient by Food Standard Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ). Steviol Glycoside (SG) found in the leaves is responsible for the sweetness of Stevia. As a new crop to Australia, commercial cultivation of Stevia is yet to commence. The agronomic requirements of the crop in Australian conditions are yet to be determined. Therefore, the current study aims to lay the foundation for developing both agronomic practice and varietal selection for stevia cultivation in Australia"--Abstract. |
