| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | In Canda there has been a concerted move by the Canadian courts to find publicans liable for injuries caused to third parties by intoxicated partrons. Given the decision of the High Court in CAL No 14 there would seem little doubt that any extension of the common law duty of care owed by publicans to their guests for alcohol-related accidents (let alone injured third parties) occuring after leaving the licensed premises (following the Canadian approach) will not be encouraged. |
