| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | In this project, systems thinking methodologies, populated by information competence principles and practices, guide organizational learning. Workers "learn by doing" as they collaboratively design new information systems that anticipate system beneficiaries' needs. Sustainable information capture and sharing strategies, embedded in organizational culture, promote workers' practice of lifelong learning skills. |
