Purpose: This study aims to address the lack of psycho-social research specifically focusing on childhood Lymphoma. Design and Methods: A five-year longitudinal study exploring the treatment experience for families coping with haematological disorders. Results: There are key differences that distinguish the treatment experience for pediatric Lymphoma families from other haematological groups, including the relative rarity of the condition and the length and intensity of the treatment cycle. Understanding the uniqueness of Lymphoma as compared with other paediatric haematological disorders is important when considering issues pertaining to relocation for specialist treatment for paediatric Lymphoma. Practice Implications: There are a number of practical measures outlined in the article that can assist families who have to relocate for treatment for this condition.
