| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Numerical calculations are used to analyse the problem of laminar flow of an incompressible fluid flow over a three-dimensional geometry that approximates a single endothelial cell. These calculations model flow conditions around the cell geometry providing a description of flow field with details that would be difficult to measure or visualise experimentally. Calculations have been carried out for different cell aspect ratios and cell height to length ratios. Maximum wall shear stress on the cell top surface decreases with increasing l/h ratio of the cell. Maximum wall shear stress on the cell top surface increases with increasing Aspect ratio (l/w ratio) of the cell. |
