บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย	:	In the world of 21st Century schooling, the learner is the focus of teaching. Teaching is a complex task which requires the educator to be extremely well organised in order to achieve learning outcomes. Each learner has individual needs and the Learning Manager is expected to design instruction which caters for the needs of each student in their care. This paper outlines and demonstrates how the author has used the “Learning Design Process” to achieve intended learning outcomes in the diverse classrooms of the new millennium.
