| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Trust is frequently described as a fundamental ingredient in the creation and maintenance of successful exchange relationships (Morgan and Hunt 1994) and is a core component or foundation for interaction between organisational members (Fichman 2003). The causes and consequences of these interactions between organisational members are at the heart of an organisations culture (Frank and Fahrback 1999). Therefore, trust and organisational culture are interdependent phenomenon that interact and adapt to one another within an organisation. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a preliminary model to examine the dynamic nature of internal trust and how it interacts with and adapts to an organisation and its culture. |
