| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This study discusses the performance and injection characteristics of a direct injection (DI) diesel engine fueled with conventional diesel and biodiesel. Sets of the experiments were conducted using engine dynamometer, gas analyzer and cylinder pressure sensor under full load and partial load conditions. The results indicated that when the tested engine was fueled with biodiesel, the performance was slightly weakened. The cylinder pressure characteristics were slightly changed when compared to conventional diesel. The biodiesel could reduce in carbon monoxide (CO) and unburned total hydrocarbon (THC) emissions. However oxide of nitrogen (NOx) was increased. |
