| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Microporous hollow polypropylene fibers were developed via immiscible blend. Polypropylene was blended with either EVOH or EOC in different ratios, and melt spun into circular hollow fibers. The PP/hydrophilic EVOH blend showed poorer fiber spinnability than PP/EOC blend due to its greater immiscibility. Micropores on fibers surface were obtained by immersing PP/EOC and PP/EVOH fibers in n-heptane, and hot water respectively. SEM results showed strip-like micropores on fiber surface in PP/EOC blend fibers of ratios 15 and 20%, and PP/EVOH blend fibers of ratio 10, 15, and 20% as a result from phase separation followed by minor phase dissolution |
