| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Thermal analytical techniques were used to investigate the thermal behavior of oxides and carbonates as the starting chemical substances on the bismuth sodium titanate (Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3; BNT) compositions. Differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) were chosen as tools to study the decomposition of these chemical substances. The x-ray diffraction technique was used to identify the appearance of phases in both the starting chemical substances and the mixed powders of each La-doped BNT (BNLT) composition. From the experiment, it was found that lanthanum oxide (La2O3) was partially hydrated to lanthanum hydroxide (La(OH)3) at ambient temperature. La(OH)3 was decomposed during the calcination of BNLT composition as was the sodium carbonate used for a sodium oxide promoter. |
