| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The effect of co-solvent (1,3,5-trichlorobenzene) in chlorobenzene on the morphology of the film of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) blend with [6,6]-phenyl-C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) was studied. The co-solvent method can induce P3HT:PCBM self-organization into ordered structure, leading to enhanced absorption. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) studies show that the co-solvent method leads to the growth of grain size of the nanostructure, mesoscopic order and crystallinity in the layer. The improved nanoscale morphology and the increased crystallinity of the semiconducting polymer are believed to facilitate charge generation and charge transport to electrode |
