| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The performance of organic solar cells based upon the blend regioregular P3HT and PCBM is strongly influenced by thermal annealing and the solvent used for spin coating of the active materials. The morphology of films P3HT:PCBM reveals an unfavorable amorphous phase in the as cast films, while after annealing a more favorable crystalline phase is obtained. The high boiling point of the solvent plays an important role in this by influencing the evaporation speed during spin-coating of the P3HT:PCBM. Results of this study indicate that solar cells employing film as prepared from CB solution with boiling point 132 oC exhibit the enhanced power conversion efficiency (0.58%) better than that of film as prepared from DCB with boiling point 178 oC. |
