| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Thesis (M.Sc.)--Chulalongkorn University, 1996 Air-dried and ground woods of Croton oblongifolius Roxb. were extracted with hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and methanol, respectively. The crude extracts were isolated by column chromatography and five compounds were obtained. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data. Five compounds were a mixture of long chain aliphatic hydrocarbons (C27-33), a mixture of long chain carboxylic acids (C18, 22-34), a mixture of steroids (stigmasterol, beta-sitosterol and campesterol), a mixture of steroid glycosides (stigmasteryl-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, beta-sitosteryl-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside and campesteryl-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside) and 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran. |
