| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | This paper aims to estimate the efficiency improvement target or the X factor for regulating the Thai electricity generation state owned enterprise. Efficiency is measured by employing a modern, standard application of parametric and nonparametric approaches, namely Stochastic Frontier Analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis respectively. The results from evaluating the Thai power plants are beneficial to internal management. Single X factor for an enterprise can be adopted for the next review of revenue requirement. |
