| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Stress relaxation and low cycle fatigue (LCF) tests with tensile hold time on as-cast 63Sn-37Pb solder were studied at 20 °C. The fatigue life was significantly reduced with the increasing hold time and became stable after approxcimately 100 s. Without local deformation and stress concentration at contact points between the digital image measurement system and the specimen surface in strain-controlled fatigue tests, crack initiation and propagation behavior were observed and discussed. |
