| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | A methodology is presented for the modeling of hysteresis in bulk manganese-zinc (MnZn) power ferrites over the practical ranges of amplitude and frequency from room temperature up to their Curie temperatures. The model parameters of an existing frequency-dependent hysteresis model are related to the typical magnetic properties such as the saturation flux density, the coercive force, and initial permeability. Temperature variations of the magnetic properties/model parameters are characterized by 25 temperature coefficients and the Curie point. The modeling methodology is demonstrated for a commercial MnZn power ferrite, magnetized up to 0.4 Tesla at frequencies between 10 kHz and 1 MHz, in the operating temperature of 25°C to 225°C |
