| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The major objective of the current research is to develop Capacitive Micromachined ultrasonic transducers, and to reduce cross coupling in transducer elements. A novel structural design has been proposed to reduce the cross coupling between the transducer elements. The transducer is fabricated using the conventional MEMS fabrication processes and characterised. |
