| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Ultra Wide Band (UWB) wireless systems can potentially transmit hundreds of Mbits/s for wireless personal area networks. But UWB system is inherently broadband from 3 to 10 GHz, and has to co-exist with the existing systems. So filters employed at the front-end of the UWB communication systems to minimize interferences from existing narrow band systems for 3-10 GHz will be the key component in the transceiver design. To achieve both low cost and at microwave operation, SiGe/Si design is desirable. 159 p. |
