| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | In this thesis, two types of optically pumped ZnO UV random lasers: i) nano-composite random lasers containing metal-oxide nano-powders and ii) ZnO disordered film based waveguide lasers were designed, fabricated and tested to tackle the problems of in-directionality and multimodes operation. Furthermore, electrically pumped ZnO UV light emitting devices using these disordered media were also demonstrated. |
