| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | The Pakistani government and the international community’s response to the recent floods has been heavily criticised for being woefully inadequate. While a national disaster management framework is in place, the government must investigate ways to empower all stakeholders to improve coordination, responses and future preparedness to natural disasters. |
